Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any non-excludable rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If you are a consumer, you are entitled to remedies for major failures, including replacement or refund.
For warranty, returns or claim instructions please contact our support team promptly and retain relevant documentation and photographs of goods when lodging a claim.
Shipping, customs & carriage
Vividros acts as a freight forwarder and carrier agent. Shipping schedules, estimated transit times and customs clearance depend on third-party carriers and authorities. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping documentation and for any duties, taxes or customs charges unless otherwise agreed.
We will not be liable for delays caused by customs inspections, force majeure, carrier strikes or incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Storage, warehousing & liability
Stored goods are held under our standard warehouse receipt terms. We exercise reasonable care in handling goods, but liability for loss or damage may be limited by our storage agreement or applicable laws.
Customers are responsible for arranging appropriate insurance coverage for stored or in-transit goods. Insurance recommendations are available on request.
Intellectual property & acceptable use
All content on vividros.life is owned or licensed by Vividros. You may view, download and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires prior written consent.
Prohibited activities: unauthorised scraping, circumvention of controls, uploading malware, or using our services for unlawful activity.
Dispute resolution & notices
We aim to resolve disputes quickly. Please contact our support first via Contacts. If unresolved, parties may seek mediation or may commence proceedings in NSW courts where Vividros is located.
